Palm Prosper Resort is an event-first destination resort located by Pantai Morib, Selangor. Designed for weddings, corporate events, corporate trainings, team-building retreats and workcations, the resort brings accommodation, event facilities and leisure together in one convenient destination.

The resort features 36 Standard Rooms and 4 Suites, a Grand Ballroom for up to 700 guests, outdoor event spaces, meeting and training rooms, a swimming pool, gym and karaoke room. Terms of stay

To ensure a comfortable, safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following Terms of Stay before completing your reservation. By confirming a booking with Palm Prosper Resort, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms, including our check-in, payment, cancellation and property policies.

Booking cancellation

All cancellations must be submitted to Palm Prosper Resort in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply:

More than 60 days before the event: the 30% non-refundable booking deposit will be forfeited.
31–60 days before the event: 50% of the total confirmed booking value is payable.
30 days or fewer before the event: 100% of the total confirmed booking value is payable.

Any amount already paid may be retained and applied toward the cancellation charges. The client remains responsible for any outstanding balance.

These terms are specifically for event, group, training and workcation bookings. A separate, more flexible cancellation policy should be created for ordinary room-only reservations.

Cancellation policy
